About Me

Clementine Scott (she/her) is a graduate of the University of Oxford (BA Classics) and City, University of London (MA Magazine Journalism). Originally from East London, she has experience writing cultural and lifestyle pieces, as well as interviews and local news reporting both in London and Oxford.

Her work has ranged from personal essays, to news reporting, to restaurant reviews and interviews with various creatives, to theatre and film criticism.

Clementine first gained experience of culture and lifestyle journalism at the Oxford student newspaper Cherwell, focusing mainly on the paper's culture and lifestyle sections. More recent bylines include BroadwayWorld, The Local España (an English-language publication aimed at expats), Squaremeal, Museums Journal, and Harper's Bazaar.

She is open for commission and would love to be able to widen the reach of her writing.
